500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes
